Working with two really interesting acts this week:

First of all, recording an album of Turkish pop with Ahmet Korukcu.  Very interesting stuff, and definitely a first for me.  Can’t wait to hear the finished products, and look forward to one day hearing these songs playing in cars driving around istanbul!

Next, recording at the fabulous Capture Sound studio in Brooklyn with singer/songwriter Linda  LaPorte and producer Paul Schellack.  Beautiful tunes, and apparently there will be a Gospel choir on at least one of them when it’s all said and done!
